Residents may want to take a dip at the Village Swim and Fitness Center, and with over 300 days of sunshine a year, there will be plenty of opportunity for a swim. This facility features a year-round saline pool, children's pool, hot tubs and locker rooms with showers and steam rooms. The fitness center is scheduled to open in December 2008

Owning North Lake Tahoe real estate in The Village has its privileges including membership in Tahoe Mountain Club. With ski valet services and après ski fun, the Alpine Club may be your first and last stop after a day on the slopes.
